I will be quitting my polyphasic sleeping attempts for a period of time, if I re-visit them or not is un-decided.
I honestly can’t believe that people made this cycle work, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt though.
What I AM going to do is switch my cycle.
To the Everyman sleep cycle.
I”ll be sleeping from 1-4am, then taking more naps throughout the day. I have yet to decide when these times are.
I slept from 9am to 4pm, this cycle sucks balls.
I actually slept through my alarm this time. Bogus.
It sucks because no matter how much I want to continue this, I know that
1. It isn’t good for my body
2. I apparently can’t wake up from naps
3. The people around me know I’m only supposed to be asleep for 20 minutes and they refuse to wake me up if I over-sleep, absured.
FINALLY. Thank you! By the miracle use of grapes I was able to increase my state of mind so I could wake up at 5:30, worked out perfect, I’m a little tired right now so, I’m going to take a shower then finish my schoolwork I had set aside.

It’s official, I should never drink energy drinks ever again. I slept for 5-6 minutes this nap, I did remember the dream though. It was some shitty Counter-Strike machinima >_> We were playing capture the ladder. Anyways, hopefully my 3 and 5am naps go well.
Took me a little longer to falls asleep than usual, I had about half a Monster, bad idea, I’ll be making sure not to drink to many of those in my future, feeling like a 6 out of 10.
Went fine, was a little hesitant to wake up but, I just grunted and put my hat on, it’s all good now.
On the account of me oversleeping, I just say there, couldn’t fall asleep.
I fell asleep at 5, just fine, woke up at 12:40, I friggin fell back asleep in my bed after my alarm went off, I think it would be a good idea is I threw in the 3am nap now, oversleeping isn’t going to help anything.
Went perfect, fell right to sleep and woke up right when the alarm went off, I’m feeling about a 7 out f 10 as far as feeling like a zombie goes.
